This crossover tube is an OEM part direct from the Weber manufacturer. Made use with several gas grills, this item includes four drip shields on a bracket. The tube transfers the flame from the left main burner to the right tubes. Please refer to the manual for further instructions. The crossover tube is sold individually. A pair of pliers, screwdriver and a socket set is helpful in making the replacement.

1. Removed the grates.
2. Took the flavor bars out (they were worn out).
3. Removed the screws that hold down the crossover tube (worn out).
4. Removed the burner tubes starting from the left side (still in good shape, did not replace).

7. Attach the right then the left burning tube.
8. Reattach the crossover tube to the grill.
9. Put the flavor bars back.

1. Remove control knobs & front cover
2, Disconnect igniter wiring & gas connection on manifold
3. Remove & replace manifold
4. Remove screws from end of burner tubes thus allowing removal & replacement of crossover tube.
