Secured a plastic bag under the fuel cap.
Put the mower on its side with air filter up.
Removed the blade bolt.
Cleaned the mower deck.
Placed the new blade and secured it with wrench.
Rear skirting:
Removed the two bolts that secure the rear skirt to the mower and removed remaining broken skirting.
Re-Inserted the bolts and hand tightened them a few turns.
Placed the new skirting into the bolts then tightened both bolts with wrench.
