Removed the blade and shroud from underneath the deck to gain access. Remove gearbox pulley then removed belt. Disconnected and removed control from handle and gearbox. Reversed order for installation .

Note: The model name wasn\'t exact match but the transmission fit perfectly.
I replaced the belt by installing it around the drive pulley and the blade adapter. Then I removed the blade bolt and washers and removed the old blade and installed the new blade.

... Read moremove several screws and housing to expose propulsion belt and removed old belt with screwdriver at keeper points. Remove z end of self propulsion cable from end of self propulsion system noting location and so mower belt pulley can rotate so as to remove/install belt.
Looped one end of new belt around self propeller pulley other end around blade adapter pulley while partly installing it onto engine, used screw driver to create space needed by keeper points. Ensure belt can operate freely then gently tapped blade adapter up into permanent position so it locks into slot, reinstall blade, reconnect z end of cable removed, reinstall belt housing, and that should be it. Drive system and blade works like new now. Parts were exact fit.
