This is a genuine OEM replacement part, it is sold individually. This is the front wheel on the models shown below. There are two of them on each mower. The wheel has a ring gear on the inside which is driven by the Right hand and Left hand smaller gear that attaches to the front axle on the transmission assembly.

Front wheels worn

Removed the hex nuts from the axles, then removed the wheels. I cleaned up the axles and lubed them. Then I put the new wheels on the axles and tightened the hex nuts.

All that needs to done is to, remove the nuts that are holding the wheels on, remove the old wheels and put the new ones on and tighten the nuts.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CABLE REPAIR
1. Disconnect the cable from both the control handle and the throttle of the mower.
2. Cut one end of the connectors off to pull the cable completely out of the rubber coating.
3. Remove the old cable.
4. Snap in the cable connect towards the top of the mower by the drive handle. < br />5. Connect the cable to the mower end FIRST. (It makes the process much easier when connecting the cable to the control handle.
6. Connect the cable to the drive handle and the cable should be installed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHEEL REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the wheel with a socket wrench (with mower on its side).
2. Remove old wheel and place new wheel on the axle.
3. Replace plastic cover on the inside of wheel to keep debris from getting into the drive gear.
4. Tighten the wheel with a socket wrench, not too tight where that it can\'t move, but tight enough that it will not fall off.
5. Repeat steps for the other side.

Simple. Just remove the nut from each shaft and remove the wheel. Place the new wheel on the shaft and tighten the nut.

All that needs to done is, remove the hex nut from the shaft, then remove the old wheel. Slide the new wheel on then tighten the hex nut. Done.

Took off tire and wheel, one nut, replaced dust cover and put on new wheel. Old wheel was usable but the drive gear had a lot of wear. Mainly because with the broken dust cover grass cuttings were packed in the wheel.
