2. Slid the old pump off.
3. Screwed the new thermal relief valve onto the pump (make sure to use a sealant on the valve before screwing it in.
4. Line the drive up ... Read more with the new pump and ensure it lines up and fits in correctly.
5. Replace three bolts and tighten.
I didn\'t, but if you have soap in the dispenser, you need to clip the hose disconnect.

Remove the Thermal Relief Valve from the old pump and install it on the new one.
Left the power washer with water in in out in the shed over the wintet

2. Installed the new pump and thermal relief valve

4. Started the engine and pump worked fine.

2. I unbolted the 3 hex nuts that attach the pump to the motor.
3. I used a crowbar to pry the pump from the motor. The video showed the pump just falling away, I guess mine had gotten stuck over the years.
4. I used bearing grease to lube the shaft of the ... Read more motor, I also put grease in the pump to hold the Output Shaft Key in place while I reassembled the pump to the motor.
5. Reconnected all bolts, hoses, etc...
6. Ran water through system prior to start, then fired it up and pressured up better than NEW! Success!
