I'm looking for the spool retainer assembly. My spool base is in tact but the lower half has shown major signs of wear and tear. The spool retainer assembly is also housing the head housing.

I had to remove my "lower cover assembly" so that I could remove my line and clean my head. Upon my inspection I noticed a broken O-ring (about 1/16" thick). Nowhere do you should this O-ring or how do I purchase one. Where does it go and is it necessary? I would think it would be necessary but I have no idea where it. I purchased this from my local Ace Hardware Store 6/12/2021. Yeah, it's been over a year but this O-ring should not have broken this soon. I am respectfully asking one to be sent to me.
