Our story begins in 2003 when Dave and Mike, our company founders, combined their interests and professional experience to develop a finely-tuned business idea.

Inspired by their backgrounds in power tools, software programming, and machine tinkering, the eReplacementParts.com website launched to serve the DIY repair community in 2004.

From the beginning, Dave and Mike's do-it-yourself example proved to be a reliable blueprint for success.

In the early days, they managed every aspect of the company, including the website's design. They also handled customer support and shipped packages from Dave's small two-bedroom apartment.

In a matter of just months, Dave's wife tactfully suggested that the shipping boxes filling their apartment were a poor substitute for real furniture, signaling the time for the company to move into its first office and warehouse spaces in Sandy, Utah.

Thanks to our customers' steady, positive response, our founders' sweat and elbow grease paid off. eReplacementParts.com became profitable in its first year and has benefited from accelerated growth ever since.

As we've improved our products and services over the years, we've stayed true to our self-reliant principles by developing the great majority of our services in-house.

We believe that our tradition of overcoming challenges on our own has been instrumental to our growth, and, more importantly, the strongest bond we share with our do-it-yourself customers.

We have consistently updated our product inventory again and again, expanding first with lawn and garden parts in 2009, and from there, appliance parts, vacuum parts, plumbing parts, ATV parts, restaurant equipment parts, exercise equipment parts, motorsport parts, and more.
