Lawn mower bag and wheels were old.

Removed old bag from frame. Attached new bag to frame and then attached bag to mower. Removed old wheels from the mower by removing a nut, removed the old wheels and install the new ones with the nut.

Parts Used
Remove the hub caps from the wheels, then remove the the nuts from the shafts. Then remove the old wheels. Put a bit of lube on the shafts. Then slide the new wheels on the shafts and tighten the nuts, and install the hub caps.
