The hard plastic wheel attaches to the lower portion of the frame or the stand's axel. The wheel is used to make moving the grill easier.     Screwdriver, Pliers, Rubber mallet

    Removed the old wheels by removing the push nut with wrench and prying .slipped the new wheel on. Used a new push nut. Hit it with a mallet to set it. Repeat on second wheel. Buy new push nuts as the old ones were rusted and I mangled them during removal.

    Grill wheels broke off

    I lifted the grill high enough to remove the old plastic wheels.
    I used 7/16 socket to remove old wheels and replace them with news ones. Had to add 2 washers on both wheels as the new wheels were slightly narrower then the old ones.
    Great fit and easy job less than 15 minutes.
    Now I can move my grill around easy again.

    Removed the clips that hold the wheels pop in the new one and put the clip back on pretty easy.

    wheel and pin on the bottom of the door broke , plastic you know very strong don't see how it happened.

    BBQ wheel broke when I backed into it with car tire.

    Took end cap off axle rod by tapping off with screwdriver and hammer and pliers, pushed off remnants of damaged plastic wheel (it was the big one not the caster wheel), installed new wheel, put on caster.

    Had to remove nuts from the axle and replace the wheels and washers. Had to add a few extra washers because the new wheels were slightly different from the old ones. That was no problem, now I can move the grill!!! All is good...now for more training on how to grill!!
