The Fine (right-hand) grinding wheel was worn down 1 inch on the diameter and had a slight vibration, even after dressing with a diamond.

I replaced the RH grinding wheel with the new replacement. The locknut had a right-hand thread. The LH (course) grinding wheel has a left-hand thread locknut, so this will unscrew if you don't hold that wheel and the wrench, together. I switched the grinder power on, and stood away as it spun up. The new wheel did not shatter, and there was no vibration. I shut the grinder off, and it coasted down with a much longer rotation time, than with the previous wheel. The balance was good, so I did not need to trim it at all with the diamond.
