I had to "dress" the area around the 2 pivot pins with a file in order for the assembly to drop into place. Not a big deal. It took no more than a couple of minutes to complete.
The quality of the new part was much better than the original.

Only thing was I had to knock out the mounting pin on the old one and cut them to size for the new one.
No big deal.
Slap the nut holding the pulley was a different thread size.
Had one in my junk drawer. Works great.

2) loosen saw band and remove the blade
3) slide hinge and bracket assy up and out of the frame.
4) remove the two retaining pins and remove broken hinge.
5) reverse procedure to reassemble.

1) Had to cut chunks off old hinge assy, then tapped off wheel spindle.
2) finish cutting hinge, being careful not to cut into housing. Had to be removed in pieces.
3) pulled hinge pins from old part.
4) set new hinge in place. Tap old pins into new hinge to attach to old housing.
5) reassemble
