Broken bushings caused foot platform to wobble, with bad sounds

1. Removed the old bushings and discarded
2. Cleaned out the area with a rag
3. Installed the new bushings - may need gentle application or rubber mallet
4. Clean & grease shaft and slide into bushings.
5. Tighten bolts at both ends.
6. Test
