UNSURPASSED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
WHEN TRANSACTIONS GO AS PLANNED, IT IS EASY TO GIVE A COMPANY HIGH MARKS. IT IS WHEN THINGS DO NOT GO AS PLANNED THAT THE TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCEDURES ARE TESTED. THE SERVICE REPS AT E-REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE EXCEPTIONAL. DUE TO NO FAULT OF E-REPLACEMENT PARTS, THE MANUFACTURE (A MIX UP OF DESCRIPTIONS AND PART NUMBERS FROM THEM), SHOWED A PART THAT WHEN ORDERED AND REVIEVED, JUST WOULD NOT WORK. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A NIGHTMARE IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. CONTACTING E-REPLACEMENTS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY OFFERED IMMEDIATELY TO RESEARCH AND FIND A SOLUTION TO MY DILEMMA. THEY DOUBLE CHECKED THE ORDER AND CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURE TO REVIEW EITHER A CORRECTION OF PART # OR A SUBSTITUE PART TO SEND. UNFORETUNATLEY, IT TURNS OUT THE PART REPRESENTED WAS DISCONTINUED AND IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, NO ALTERNATIVE EXISTS. FINDING THIS OUT THE REP CONTACTED ME AND AUTHORIZED A RETURN OF THE UNUSABLE PART, NO CHARGE AND ISSUED A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT, IN FULL. ALL OF THIS WAS DONE IN A EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY MANNER. I HAVE USED E-REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS GREAT SUCCESS......THIS JUST REINFORCES THEY BELIEVE IN AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
