Removed the old crank handle by removing the Allen screw and washer.
Attached new crank handle with Allen screw and washer. It's about as easy as it gets.....less than a minute to swap it out.

Removed old broken handle by removing the screw and washer. Received the new handle, and installed it with the new screw and washer.
