Wheel bearings wore out on my front wheel

1. Removed the old wheel. Easy -- just pull off the cotter pin and slide off the wheel.
2. Cleaned the grease out of the wheel where the old bearings were.
3. Placed the new bearings in the wheel, with lots of grease.
4. Slid the wheel and washers on the axle.
5. Put in the cotter pin.
6. Tapped on the hub cap.
Done in 10 minutes! Well worth the $30 for the parts.

1. Fetched run-a-way wheel.
2. Use hammer and flat-head screwdriver to tap out remaining broken wheel bearing.
3. Replace new wheel bearing, inside and outside of wheel.
4. Replace new washers (2 sizes).
5. Insert cotter pin.
6. Snap on hub cap.

With some common sense and the assembly/parts diagrams that Replacement Parts provided made the job very simple. I was stumped a little and had to refer back to them while making the repairs. They are the same diagrams I used to order my parts. What I am about to say is hard to believe and almost extinct these days. The procedure to find your replacement parts was very simple to follow. Ordering was simple. Payment options were simple. The shipment had plenty of choices as far as how fast you wanted or needed it. It arrived when it was supposed to. And here was the BIG surprise that FLOORED me, there's always a catch. EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER WAS CORRECT!!!!!!!! 1. Replaced wrong size washer with correct size washer. This allowed me to replace the hub cap that had been lost.
2. Removed belt cover that was cracked and replaced it with the new one.
