This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement part that is intended to be used with edgers from MTD, Cub Cadet, Yard Machines, Troy-Bilt, and Yard-Man. The v-belt attaches to the engine pulley, and the blade pulley. This item links motor and blade to allow the motor drive shaft to rotate the blade. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.

    Socket set, Adjustable Wrench

    1. Take off front belt guard (2 bolts)
    2. Take off rear belt guard (2 bolts)
    3. Place new belt on drive & edger pulley
    4. Place new front belt guard on, secure with 2 bolts
    5. Replace rear belt guard, secure with 2 bolts
    6. Done

    Remove belt guards, r & r belt, reinstall guards.

    Blade has a single nut that needs to be removed to r & r the blade. Reinstall the nut.

    Need new belt and belt guard

    Removed old belt and replaced it with new. Attached new belt guard as the old one broke.

    V-belt, removed bolts on belt cover replaced belt re-assembled cover tightened bolts.

    Edger blade, remove holding nut with wrench, replaced old blade with new one. Assembled
    fastening bolt.
