I watched a few "How To" videos on YouTube on my exact machine. Repair became easy after that.. Removed air cleaner housing which exposed carburetor. Removed nut from bottom of carburetor. The bottom half now came off. This exposed the float. Removed holding pin from float and pulled float out. The non-functioning needle valve then could be removed and new one inserted. Reverse these steps and put carburetor back together. Fix completed, machine runs perfectly.
