Questions & Answers for Valve O-ring

How do I know if I need this part. I have owned this nailer for many years. A note on the part says "till December 1987". I don't think it's that old but could be. I don't recall taking this part out.
James Ewen for model number NV45AB asked on 2023-12-21
Hi Jim, Thank you for your question. Over time, o-rings tend to get compressed and shrink eventually cracking requiring replacement. If the o-ring shows any of these signs, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
