Remove old bag and remove plastic adapter/sleeve. Insert the adapter/sleeve into the new bag. Tighten velcro strap around the adapter for proper seal.

Remove the velcro from around the vacuum spout and remove the old bag. Wrap the new bag velcro around the the vacuum spout and make sure it is tight.
