3. Installed face plate on new crisper.
4. Slid new crisper in refrigerator.
Tools: One might use a rubber mallet. I just used my hand. You'll need to pound on the old crisper while holding onto the face plate on one side, then do the same on the opposite side, inching the face plate up bit by bit, until you can pull it free. When installing the face plate on the new crisper, note that the slots for the faceplate narrow from top to bottom. Ensure that the face plate is aligned properly in the slot, and inch it downward, checking frequently to ensure proper alignment. When you near the bottom, you will need to pound on the face plate to seat it completely.
