Removed screws holding left handle and removed screw holding hand lever to arm of elliptical. Then replaced defected bushing.

Purchased used Nordictrack Elliptical was missing a bushing assembly

Screwdriver, Hex head wrench - vice to press part on
Parts Used
1. Using hex wrenches removed the tube from the elliptical
2. Gently using screwdriver and hammer removed the older broken bushing assembly
3. Cleaned the tube assembly of dirt & old grease
4. Applied new grease to tube and new bushing assembly
5. Using a vice slowly and evenly pressed new busing assembly into tube (SLOWLY)
6. Replaced tube onto elliptical and reattached hex head screws
7. Double checked tightness
8. Got on elliptical for short trial
9. Triple checked tightness and fit of parts
ALL GOOD TO GO !!! LIKE NEW
