Product Description ?

This authentic replacement part is designed for use with Milwaukee impact wrenches. Bearings are used to reduce friction between rotating parts. The balls or rollers take the load and spin, distributing the weight evenly while the minimal contact area of the ball reduces friction.Bearings experience constant wear from pressure, heat, vibration, and friction eventually requiring replacements. This high-quality component is made of durable metal and is sold individually. A wrench set will be needed to perform this repair. Make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the proper replacement procedure.

Easy 1-2 hours (1 rated repairs)?

Anvil failed in several places, which caused cascade failure to other parts. Brushes were inspected and one found to be slightly chipped

Took apart with Torx #20 screwdriver 10 screws. Cleaned dirty grease and removed and inventoried damaged parts. Read exploded diagram for tips and notes. Ordered parts. Some parts I would have liked to replace were not available for weeks, so did without. Got parts and found the time to repair. Replaced both brushes to make matched set... not sure if necessary. Would have liked to have a reasonably priced tube of good grease available. Had to use "extra" grease from gear area to make sure new parts will last.
