Removed cover, broken cable and connected new cable. Checked operation of trigger. Replaced cover and started blower. Success!!!! Small engine repair shop estimate to repair $125.00, my cost to repair $11.00 with shipping.

The cable was broke when I took the blower apart, so I didn't know the routing of the replacement cable. I ended up going to a YouTube video that explained it nicely.
