Correct part was easy to find and installed quickly, mower started right up after installing, the new lever works better than the old one. The thumb lever snapped off of the old part, but I hadn't realized that the dimples on the back of the old one had worn, this part stays in position much better.

Removed hub cap off of worn (Drive) wheels from mower then removed the wheels. Took hardware from old wheels and then installed new nylon springs onto new wheels with old hardware, then reinstalled new wheels onto mower. Removed throttle assembly from handle frame and disassembled throttle housing, inserted new throttle handle into housing and reassembled throttle assembly and remounted onto handle frame. Next time I will check to see why the handle broke in the first place... I need to order a new throttle cable which seems to be "frozen". We live and learn!

Removed the the one phillips head screw releasing the throttle assembly. Removed the cable attachment to the clutch so I could detach the grommet from the throttle assembly. Removed the throttle cable from the throttle lever, removed the broken lever, installed the new throttle lever, reattached the throttle cable and reversed the disassembly process. I had been putting up with the broken lever for years and finally decided to fix it if I could find the replacement. Luckily for me I was able to locate ReplacementParts.com using google.
