Replacement part was not an exact fit
I had to modify the mounting bracket in order to get the cable to fit after modifications the engine runs full throttle. You have to squeeze the throttle lever to slow it down, very dangerous on a garden tiller.

removed shut off switch
Removed cable from throttle lever
Installed new cable on both ends
Drilled 2 holes to mount new cable, didnt fit old spot

Started and verified problem was fixed

Throttle cable was stiff and oil would not loosen it up. Replacing cable worked perfectly.
