Throttle cable is connected to the carburetor and it stops the engine when you shift the lever to the full choke position. It is a durable metal cable which is sold individually, please note the housing, trigger and screws are sold separately.

2. I did not know how the cable was anchored to the chassis so instead of breaking it loose and possibly damaging the anchor point I decided to order the new cable to see what the anchor point looked like so I know how to remove the old one with my pick tool.
Sure enough when the new cable arrived it took less than 15 minutes to pull the old cable out with a pick tool and snap the new in.
You guys are the best, saved me some $$$, thank you.
