Trimmer wouldn't shut off when pressed off switch

    Screwdriver, Pliers, star bit screwdriver

First i unscrewed the 4 star bit headed screws from the handle throttle assembly cover. then i took the old switch out by pulling the 2 wires off the prongs on the switch. then squeeze the two sides of the old switch and it should push out. then i put the new switch into the square spot where it goes, it should snap into place, and put the 2 wires on the prongs on the new switch. note; (remember which wire goes on which prong, when you pull them off the old switch). then, it gets tricky. the spring that controls the throttle button has to be wound back around inside the throttle assembly. it took me several tries to get this done, and put the assembly cover back on by myself. it would help to have another set of hands to help hold things together while you put the assembly cover back on. then, hold the assembly cover tightly, with one hand while you screw the 4 star bit headed screws back on. finished.
