Removed bolts and support brackets holding on the right wheel in order to access the broken hydro support bracket. Removed the broken back bolts and the bracket. Then I installed the new support bracket. This was a bit tricky as I had to loosen the front bolt and middle bolt in order to fit the rear bolt. Once the bracket was seated, all bolts were tightened.

I then re-installed the outer hydro/wheel bracket. I used an easy-out set and removed the broken bolt in the hydro support rod. I used a tap and die set and re-threaded the support rod and bought two 2.25" bolts to fit the new threading. I used blue loctite and re-installed the support rod. I re-installed the drive belt. The wheels are now aligned, and the tractor works perfectly.
