I also had to purchase two rake bushings and some bolts because when I took the bushings off two bolt heads snapped off the uppermost bolts on each side and I couldn't drill them out.

Disassembled the front end auger / impeller housing, from the engine/wheel snowblower chassis. Had to replace two belts, both rake bushings and the rolled steel pins that act like shear pins for the impeller. Might have gone faster with practice, while everything was apart I also filled the auger gear case, lubed the auger grease fittings. Definitely check the auger gear case for fluid, I think mine was empty, it took 6 oz of 90 weight gear lube.
