    Simple fix
Glad I ordered two ( which arrived fairly quickly) because I broke the first one by over tightening. Be careful when installing these, just snug is the way to go.

It was the part I needed!
Part arrived quickly and fixed my problem with a front drive wheel falling off. Had difficulty finding the correct step washer due to the age of our mower but the representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

    2. Remove broken washer.
    3. Replace with new washer, flanged (bigger) side toward wheel.
    4. Reinstall axle bolt.
NOTE: I used lock-tite on the threads of the axel bolt to ensure it didn't work itself loose.

    Rear wheel fell off.

    Jeff - December 24, 2015

First I removed the shoulder bolt with the impact wrench. Then removed the wheel. Removed the clip ring, then the thrust washer. I then removed the pinion gear just by pulling it off. Replace the old thrust washer, clip ring, and thrust washer. To assemble just reverse the order of the tear down.
