2. Used allen wrench to remove the faucet handle
3, Used Adjustable wrench to remove large nut under Stem Assembly
4. Removed the stem assembly
5. Replaced the old spring and seat in bottom of facet area where the stem assembly works
6. Pushed new stem assembly in and tightened nut back down at base of assembly
7. Placed faucet handle back on and tightened it with allen wrench (must be lined up with set screw on flat side of stem assembly top screw.
8. Turned both hot and cold water back on at shutoffs under sink
9 Turned water handle on and checked for leaks
