Informative and Helpful Staff
My part did not arrive. I called the eReplacement line, and the staff confirmed my earlier findings. The Post Office listed the part as delivered, but it never arrived. After checking with the PO, I discovered it was either mis-delivered or stolen. Thanks, guys for helping me in this unfortunate episode. I will re-order.

replace pull starter after starter rope broke. Took two screws out and replaced starter unit and reinstall screws.

Removed old assembly and replaced with new. Be sure to keep the two nut screws from old part as well as the handle. The new assembly does not come with either.
