1. Removed shaft assembly
2. Removed starter assembly housing
3. Installed new starter assembly housing
4. Installed shaft assembly
5. And fired her up

Trimmer starter rope broke,rope holder cracked, throttle return spring totally rusted away

Screwdriver, Pliers, Torx bits
1. Removed throttle grips, clutch plastic outer shroud
2. Removed clutch bell, removed clutch.
3. Removed starter assembly
4. Replaced starter assembly with Ereplacement part
5. Reinstalled clutch, clutch bell, plastic shroud
6. Removed rusted out throttle spring, replaced with new Ereplacement spring
7. Reassembled throttle grip
8.Primed trimmer with fuel, 2 pulls of rope, started right up
