3. Installing starter assembly was very straightforward.
4. Reassembly a challenge.
Outcome: while the generator now starts and runs, the digital gauges and onboard computer display no longer works. It used to tell you fuel level, hours remaining etc... Shortly after starting the unit, the displays went black... I'm sure it was something I did wrong. I would suggest being very careful with this aspect of the assembly and disassembly. Several components must be removed in order to access the starter assembly. Disconnecting the computer generated display is necessary to complete the task.
