Fuel leak from fuel shut-off lever.

Removed 2 Phillip head screws, then assembly. One screw difficult to remove, used hand impact to remove. Replaced phillip head screws with allen head screws. Found wavy washer somewhat flat and rubber stiff. No fuel leak following installation.
