Recoil on start was in poor condition wasn't operating satisfactorily so a new one was installed

3 6mm bolts removed the old recoil assembly the same 3 bolts secured the new assembly. Easy as it sounds pleased with the quick fix

Cable broke and spring was missing.

Worked easily the only problem was attaching the spring to the lift leaver on the tiller since the connection is behind the rear wheel shaft and under the tines.

Made notes and took pictures of how the old cables were installed on the machine. Then removed the old cables and replaced them one at a time so as not to mix them up.
