The spool cap had worn away and when it disintigrated, in use, the spring flew into the weeds I was trimming and could not be found

Repair was simple, since this happened once before, and required affixing the spring on the spool cap, inserting the spool in the trimmer and placing the cap over the part that holds the spool.
I add that the employee at eReplacementParts, as in the past, who took my order was especially helpful and friendly and remarkably knew immediately the parts I needed. Remarkable considering the tens of thousands of parts that eReplacementParts must handle. Great Service is the best way to sum this up and my grass trimmer is working like brand new.
