Disconnected blade guard
Loosened set screw that holds pivot bolt
Gently tap pivot bolt out
Remove broken spring and bushing
Install new spring and bushing
Align holes in saws sliding arm with saw body. This took time because of the spring tension
Once holes are aligned tap bolt through the two part
Secure set screw
Reattach blade guard
Tighten both bolts to desired tension
Periodic bearing squeal and auto break feature did not engage.

2- Pried off both pressed on bearings and used vice to press on new bearings.
3- The process in line 2 is difficult and requires some knowledge in this area. (recommend buying the whole assembly for 73 dollars)
4- Screwed assembly back in.
5- For main spring, unscrewed the two set screws holding main pin and removed pin.
6- Put in new spring and reassembled.
7- Put in new switch to fix auto break function.
8- Put in new brushes which also helped the auto breaking.
