    Left wheel would not disengage / re-engage as intended using trigger control for steering assist

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set

    1. Removed left wheel (axle pin)
    2. Removed the covering over the 'axle engage' components (sm sockets)
    3. Examined mechanism / trigger engagement action - trying to figure out why failing
    4. Removed components in sequence from along axle (2 clips involved)
    5. Saw spring had 'deformed' and was jamming space required for component movement along axle
    6. Convinced myself it was the spring and new spring would fix it ( 3 -> 6 took all the time ! )
    7. Found part at 'ereplacement parts' - ordered spring
    8. Applied dry lube to all axle mechanism parts then reassembled in reverse order - success !
