Spinning reel repair....
Won't being doing the reel repair until Spring, so will need to wait to comment on the spool washers and other items I received. However, the order was handled very well and was extremely happy that your company could supply me with the parts I needed since this an older fishing reel.

Despite being clearly marked as a three pack, both on the site and on the sealed bag I received, it only included one washer. I attempted twice to contact ereplacementparts about getting the additional washers, but never received a response.

I open the Shimano Sedona 4000 FD reel, I dismantle it, separate the defective parts.
I clean it first before installing the new purchase parts from eReplacementParts.com.
I put new grease, then install the Pinion and Drive gear with the new beaing washer.
I assemble it and put some oil on the shaft and rotate the handle for around 10 minutes
while adding small amount of oil on the shaft.
I install the new Spool washer. and thats it.
