I to took a week for you folks to get my order to the USPS. When I called, a customer service lady stated that they had the order filled the next day after I placed it. She blamed the post office, that they were slow to update their information on line. I checked it out and it wasn't true.

Snow Blower wouldn't start. Primer Button was rotted and I assumed the carburator was dirty.

    Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Nutdriver, #18 gauge telephone wire, Q-tips, knife

The first step was to watch some of your excellent "how to" videos. I then took off the cowling to remove the Primer Button on the dash. Then removed the carburetor, disassembled it and sprayed it with carburetor cleaner and used the thin gauge wire to run through all the orifices, and re-sprayed it again. I had to review the videos again because I forgot how to reassemble the needle valve into the float. Let me reiterate how excellent your videos are. I then trimmed the primer and gas line hose ends (they were cracked where the clamps are or in the pressed on areas). After reassembling the carburetor, linkage and hoses, and installing a new spark plug, I replaced the cowling, added the fuel mixture, primed once, full choked and cranked it. It started on the first pull. The blower is over 25 years old and works like new. Thanks for all the help I got from the videos and your quick response to the parts I ordered. Best regards, WES

    Rotor blade, tune up

Changing rotor blade was difficult because of tight space to work in. Reassembling plastic covering and control panel was the most difficult. Had to loosen all bolts on front and rear covering to aline and reassemble. Drive belt, spark plug, gas lines and filter were the easiest. One bolt on drive belt side cover was worn down so much could not use wench, had to drill out and replace.

    1. Removed old spark plug from mower.
    2. Set new spark plug gap to .030 and installed it in mower.
    3. Put 1 tablespoon of 30 weight motor oil onto new air filter.
    4. Worked motor oil into filter by hand spreading it out evenly.
    5. Blotted out excess motor oil from filter with a paper towel.
    6. Cleaned mower air filter housing of old oil and yard debris.
    7. Installed new air filter.
    8. Mower starts now with ease and runs great!

Pretty straight forward. Just took out the bolts and impeller, then put'em back in. I did need a 3rd hand to get 2 of the bolts back in on the 'passenger side'.

I had to remove part of the shroud covering the starter switch and dissemble the switch in order to install the switch boot. I also had to remove a side cover to gain access to the belt. Replacing the spark plug was a simple task whereas it was staring me in the face after removing part of the engine shroud. The parts I purchased were a perfect fit. I will certainly order from eReplacements Parts again when needed.
