Removed the carb
Removed the carb bowl and used carb cleaner on the jets.
Blew compressed air through the jets.
Confirmed the needle valve was functioning properly.
Re-installed the carb
Replaced the governor spring
Primed and started the engine.

1. Disconnected the lines.
2. Removed the old carburetor.
3. Secured the new one.
4. Reconnected the fuel lines.

Pressure Washer engine carburetor flooding

1. removed air filter and cover.
2. removed primer base.
3. removed carburetor and gaskets
4. cleaned old gaskets from engine.
5. Installed new carburetor and gasket.
6. Installed new primer base, replaced because I wanted all new parts.
7. Installed new air filter and cover.
8. Primed and pulled rope, started on 2nd pull ran like new.
