    Knock out old bearings and replaced with new ones. Replaced the guard, snap ring and washers, with new pulley tire and put back together. Like new

    Broken case and handle

    Followed the very good instructions on the video......step by step, easy........I did have to jump to a different video to figure out the "bushing" replacement in the new case (that should have been mentioned in the case replacement video to make it easier) but it was also easy once I figured it out

    Bandsaw chain and sprocket worn out, bad sleeve bearing and missing snap ring

    Removed the blade pulley cover
    Removed the blade pulley and sleeve bearings
    Installed the new chain and sprocket assembly
    Installed the new bushings, the blade pulley, washer and the new snap ring

    Drive chain broke.

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Snap ring pliers, Torx socket

    1. Disassembled drive wheel assembly.
    2. Cleaned parts from grease and metal.
    3. Lubricated the new sprocket and chain.
    4. Positioned chain sprocket and chain on to driveshaft, installed new washer and snap ring.
    5. Secured the drive wheel, and cap, and torqued screws, installed saw blade and tested.
    6. Great OEM parts, bandsaw is back in service.

    Stripped sprocket inside drive side of Milwaukee Bandsaw

    Removed blade
    Removed 3 torx screws for wheel cover
    Removed snap ring and wheel comes off and sprocket and drive chain are exposed.
    Remove the sprocket and chain
    Put new parts in and put back together.

    Missing parts

    I removed the blade pulley cover, then installed the hub washer and the snap ring. Then screwed the cover back on. I then simply stretched the new tire around the blade pulley. Then used the screws to mount the bumper to the saw.

    bad sleeve bearing, wobblie drive wheel

    Pliers, # 30 torx, snap ring pliers

    Remove blade pulley cover, remove snap ring and pulley hub washer. Use a 1/4" drive 9/16 socket to press / push old sleeve out, press new ones in. Put it back together in reverse order.
