Removed the two nuts that held the piece in place and removed the broken skid. The parts sent were heftier and fit perfectly. I had the new part on in under 15 minutes it works superbly.

The metal Snow blower skid shoes are great. The unit new came with plastic shoes that would not last a winter. The new ones are 10 times better. I would highly recommend these metal skids.
