Replaced belt and parts in 10 minutes, replaced the blade and top self propel cover and I was through. Spent as more time removing and sharpening the mower blade than all the time spent on the rest.
Lost the drive cover screws from vibrating out.

2. Removed the 4 screws on control level assembly
3. Exchanged the old parts for the new parts

The whole process was very simple

2. Remove 2 screws and pop off the front belt cover.
3. Depress spring and remove belt from pulley
4. Turn mower on side, remove blade.
5. Remove and replace belt from shaft pulley.
6. Reinstall blade, belt connection to front drive unit, cover, and reconnect spark plug.
Note: It's worth taking a little extra time to give these areas a thorough cleaning and to sharpen your blade. Also when tilting your mower, be cautious not to lean it in a direction that will spill oil or fuel. I ordered and replaced the cover screws having found the old ones rusted away.
The self propelled cable broke. Replaced cable.

2. Removed the small cover at the pull handle.
3. Removed the broken cable.
4. Cut the wire tie on the handle holding the cable.
5. Replaced the old cable with the new cable.
6. Reconnected the small cover.
7. Reconnected the drive cover with two shoulder screws.
