Easy Repair -- Delivery and Communication Unacceptable
I broke a shear pin on my snow blower over two months ago. I finally received them last week. After a few weeks of waiting I called and was told they were on backorder. That was/is the only communication I received. The only information on the order status was something about a drop shipper. I finally found a pair at a shop 50 miles away. I no longer need these but they are non-returnable so I'm stuck.
I've ordered a variety of parts from this vendor several times and always received then within 2-3 days.
Overall eReplacement parts has been great but this experience has been a disappointment.

I Punched out the broken shear bolts, then lined up the holes in the auger to the holes in the shaft, tapped them in, then tightened the nuts.

This was my first time with this problem. I didn't even know what the problem could be until a friend of mine told me what the problem was. I checked where the shear bolts would be found and thought it would be an easy fix. It was. I replaced the shear bolts in about fifteen minutes and checked to see if the augers turned. They did and the repair was complete. I ordered the parts from you because I believe that OEM parts are reliable. The next day it snowed up to 6 inches and the snow blower worked properly!

Found broken shear bolt. Ordered part from ereplacementparts. Received parts in a couple days. Removed broken shear bolt and installed new bolt and nut. Ready to go for next storm. ereplacementparts, great to do business with.

Use a heavy nail and hammer to knock out the remnants of the old bolt. Insert the new bolt. Add the nut supplied with the shear bolt. Tighten the bolt and nut with wrenches. Start the machine to verify operation.
