    Screwdriver, Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set

    Removed all guards and cowling around carburetor.
    Disconnected fuel line and plugged.
    Disconnected linkages and removed carburetor.
    Cleaned any surfaces where gaskets made contact and replaced with new gaskets.
    Mounted new carburetor and reconnected linkages, primer hose and fuel line.
    Replaced guards and cowling.
    Engine started right up and runs great!

    plastic shaft was snaped in two

    Screwdriver, Pliers, Power Drill, drill bit

    had to drill out the old shaft and ream the hole. drill a 030 pilot hole in the broken shaft in the carburetor housing . then using that hole as a guide to drill it out to shaft size, finish with reamer. resemble
