Somehow three screws placed in an envelope left the envelope and I searched repair shops in Kennebec, Androscoggin and Cumberland County to no avail. The website and a neighbor with a mower saved the day! The rest was done with my lawnmower!

Lost the air filter housing and the carb assembly worked backwards

I didn't know if the new bracket-control would work until I actually removed it via a few screws and small rachet wrench and placed it in position. But it was exact match to the engine.
