1. Raised the tractor with a chain hoist
2. Removed the rear wheels
3. Removed the broken torque bracket
4. Replaced the broken torque bracket
5. Reinstalled the rear wheels.

2. Removed mounting brackets
3. Attached new bracket
4. Installed both brackets and lowered mower

Must have hit something HARD years ago and more recently. Reverse slowed down years ago and a week ago the mower quit moving all together.

Pliers, Socket set, Wrench Set, Adjustable Wrench, Pry bar... Jack and blocks
Removed the cross member
Removed the transaxle
Welded the transaxle mounts
Took the ordered plate and mounted to the BOTTOM side of the transaxle, since one of the 2 bolts sheared on the top side.
Reassembled and it drove better than it has in YEARS.
