Pulley fell off on mower deck

2 replaced missing pulley and check condition of all other pulleys.
3 reinstalled mower deck
Idler pulley came off while I was mowing; after inspecting it I found the bearings had gone out. So I went to ereplacementparts.com and found all the components I would need to replace it.

2. Dropped the mower deck all the way down to it's lowest position.
3. Installed the new pulley with Hex bolt, flat washers and Hex Flange nut. This only required the use of a 9/16 combination wrench and a 9/16 ratchet wrench.
4. Replaced the belt and the mower was back in operation.
Pully froze up and sheared the bolt.

Drop the deck.
Slide it out from beneath the mower.
Replace the bolt, washer, thru the shaft and tighten the nut.
Reinstall the deck and belt and hop on.
Idle pulley on the cutting deck worn out and needed replacing

2. lifted the deck on one side and took off the idle pulleys
3. Replace the new idle pulleys
4. put back the cutting deck on the tractor
5. tested the cutting blades for noise and any ruff sound
